In-House Sign Manufacturing:

End-to-End Delivery Solutions:
Turnkey management from design approval through to installation, including traffic control, post installation, and foundation works.

Sign Installation & Compliance:
Installation compliant with
TfNSW R134 – Installation of Road Signs, including frangible post systems, structural footings, and bracket assembly.
QA and hold point inspections, torque testing, and photographic verification for handover.
Detailed “As Installed” drawings and compliance records aligned with TfNSW QA procedures.
ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) Integration:
Supply, and installation of
Variable Message Signs (VMS) compliant with
TfNSW TSI-SP-008 – Variable Message Signs Specification.
Supply and install VMS steel structure including installation of pile footing.
Structured cabling, communication conduits, and electrical integration per AS/NZS 3000 and TfNSW electrical standards.
Mounting of VMS to gantries, poles, or roadside structures with structural certification.
On-site testing, commissioning, and calibration of ITS systems.
Maintenance & Upgrades:
